About me

Hello ! I always wanted to have a lifestyle where I can feel confident in food choices I make. Luckily during 2020 I met with a nutrition expert and personal trainer who introduced me to Macros and I am hooked since then. Why not cook yourself some delicious food, eat guilt free and also hit your fitness goals ? It really is not that hard. The hard part for me was remembering what I cooked an year ago. Or when I am in calorie deficit or in maintainance  phase be motivated enough to cook right when I am super hungry. This blog is my attempt to facilitate meal-prep and meal planning way before we lose motivation. This blog will have all recipes pre-measured  and macros on them , so anyone can easily accomodate portions of these meals in their week night dinner or weekend lunches.
