Description
Make in batches , freeze them, pop them into a toaster and you have your on-the-go weekday breakfast ready !
Ingredients
- Kodiak Pancake mix – 100 gm
- Eggs – 2
- Milk 2 % – 50 ml
- Vanilla Whey Protein Powder – 2 Scoops
- Banana – 1 whole
- Strawberries – 50 gm
- Blueberries – 50 gm
Steps
- Blend all the liquid ingredients and then pour into dry ingredients gently to avoid lumps.
- Heat up your waffle maker and start adding the batter
- I usually don’t add oil to coat to save up those extra calories and use non-stick waffle maker. However, if you are using cast iron you might wanna spray some oil / butter to your griddle.
- Wait for the green light and take it off gently.
- Let it cool completely and only then add to foil and freeze
- I usually eat half the batch and save the rest of the half for later
- Top it with the washes berries and dive in !

Notes
- Lazy gal hack ? Throw everything into a blender and mix into a nice lump free consistency.
- Be sure to have a spatula readily available to keep mixing if lumps form.
- I sometimes use the 0 calories maple syrup if I feel like a syrup day ( I am trying to cut down on this as I don’t like my waffles too sweet )
